Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

UK customers may be required to pay UK VAT (20%) and a carrier handling fee before their parcel is released for delivery. ⚠️ Important — Customs & Duties: ThermaCalm ships under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. Australian customers may be subject to GST (10%) on orders above AUD $1,000. Most ThermaCalm orders fall below this threshold and are typically processed without additional fees — however this is determined by Australian Border Force and cannot be guaranteed. For guidance, visit abf.gov.au.


Delivery Time Estimates

All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment — not the date of purchase. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays or high-volume periods
  • Customs processing times for international orders
  • Public holidays in the US or destination country
  • Weather or circumstances outside our control

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@resetthermostat.com with your order number.


Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. ThermaCalm is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@resetthermostat.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships — but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@resetthermostat.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photographs of any damage where possible.

We will promptly resolve the issue by either reshipping your order or issuing a full refund — whichever you prefer.

For international orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window plus 5 additional business days before reporting a lost shipment, as customs processing can occasionally cause delays.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at customs or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or any other reason within the customer's control — we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping to international destinations. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on refused or undeliverable packages.


Shipping Restrictions

ThermaCalm currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. boxes or private mailbox addresses
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarding addresses
