Our 90-Day Guarantee

We stand behind ThermaCalm completely.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No forms. No interrogation. No requirement to return an empty or partially used bottle.

We offer this guarantee because we believe in what ThermaCalm does — and because we are not in the business of keeping money from women who didn't feel the results they were looking for.

To request a refund, contact us at support@resetthermostat.com with your order number. We will process your refund promptly.

How Refunds Work

Once your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, contact us at support@resetthermostat.com and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@resetthermostat.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

We will reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to return the damaged item.

Return Shipping

For standard refund requests under our 90-day guarantee, you do not need to return the product. Keep it, give it away, or dispose of it — we will still process your refund.

For incorrect or damaged orders, we will provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different bundle size, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders where the 90-day refund window has passed
  • Gift cards

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Standard EU return conditions apply.
